Get ready for a week of connection, compassion, and community impact during Davidson UMC’s Mission Week! From April 6–12, join us in a variety of mission opportunities that reflect our call to serve with love. Whether you’re volunteering your time, learning more about our partners, or working alongside others, there’s something for everyone.

Missions Connectional Table Meeting (Location: Youth Center)
Come learn about the incredible work of DUMC’s mission partners! This gathering offers updates and inspiring stories from our local and global mission efforts. Everyone is invited to be part of the conversation.

Saturday, April 12 | 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Great Day of Service
Join us on campus—or at a local mission site—for a morning of hands-on service projects designed for all ages. It’s a simple but powerful way to serve as a church family and make a difference together.

Mission Week Volunteer Opportunities

  • Help with yard work for senior residents and clean-up at the Cornelius Community Garden. A great way to serve our neighbors and connect with the community.

  • Assist in removing a fallen tree at a Smithville home. Volunteers with experience in tree removal—or simply a willing spirit—are greatly appreciated.

  • Volunteer in the food pantry or resource store during Mission Week. Help break the cycle of poverty in our community.
